Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By deploying an active connection token to Notes Fly (the "Platform"), creating a registered profile entity, or initializing dynamic server asset fetches, you acknowledge and execute a legally binding contract to fulfill all elements defined herein. If you maintain any disagreement with these structural matrices, you must terminate database access instantly.

2. Closed Virtual Token System (Note Points & Tokens)

The Platform maintains a strict closed internal gamified utility balance framework consisting of Note Points (NP) and View Tokens. You explicitly agree and verify that:

• Note Points (NP) are non-transferable, virtual assets holding zero real-world liquid cash evaluation.
• Note Points cannot be redeemed, traded, or requested as physical currency payouts from Notes Fly owners under any circumstance.
• View Tokens dictate structural permission bounds within server endpoints to unlock decryption views of hosted PDF files.
• Standard accounts are born with exactly 1 View Token default value. Consumption of this token clears access allowance rules. Extended allocations must be obtained cleanly through the Fly Store using accumulated internal NP credits.

3. Academic Contribution and Intellectual Property

When you submit text, files, notes, or data blueprints into the Upload Center pipeline ecosystem, you execute an irrevocable, global, royalty-free assignment granting Notes Fly absolute permissions to index, display, alter, compress, secure, and host the uploaded materials across our application wrappers.

You verify under active penalty of profile termination that any file you push to our storage clusters is your own original material or is distributed with complete copyright authorizations. Spaming unverified textbook notes, protected syllabus publications, or copyrighted materials will trip our moderation protocols and invoke account blacklisting.

4. Anti-Scraping and Reader Security Enforcement

To insulate content from intellectual theft, the Platform deploys a non-volatile canvas-isolated dynamic rendering framework. You strictly agree not to attempt any file retrieval exploits, reverse-engineer asset paths, bypass session counter keys, bypass network ad loading scripts, or run local browser extensions that scrape resource properties from memory layers.

5. Ad-Free Subscription and Monetization Passes

Accounts spending accumulated NP balances to purchase 24-hour, 48-hour, 10-day, or 28-day ad-free configurations are granted a temporary profile permission token that bypasses our script ad placement structures. Once the datetime value logged in the database expires, ad containers will automatically resume operations across the web view canvas.

6. Limitation of Liability

Notes Fly provides academic materials "as-is" without warranty metrics. The Platform owners are entirely immune from liability for any server down-times, file degradation issues, point balance errors, or examination performance outcomes resulting from study materials retrieved from the asset database index.

7. Modifications to Platform Services

Notes Fly reserves ultimate structural authorization properties to alter catalog prices, modify point valuation parameters, clear session cache data, or update these terms at any point to maintain maximum computational integrity across the application platform.
